Set up your enrollment agreement
The Enrollment Agreement section in Campfront allows you to create and manage the terms and conditions families must review and agree to during the camper enrollment process. Each camp season has its own enrollment agreement, giving you full flexibility to tailor the content to that year’s requirements.

Viewing the agreement
From the Season area of the navigation, select Enrollment Agreement.
Here you’ll see the editable text area for the selected season. You can switch between camp seasons using the dropdown beside the page title.
The agreement appears to parents and families during checkout - they’ll need to review and confirm it before completing their camper’s enrollment.
Editing the agreement
The enrollment agreement editor supports full rich text formatting, including headings, bold text, links, and bullet points. You can use the AI tools built into the editor to help with grammar, clarity, or formatting improvements.
Using merge tags
Merge tags make your enrollment agreements dynamic by automatically pulling in details from each family’s or camper’s record. You can insert tags (using double curly brackets {{ }} or the Merge tag menu) for information like camper and parent names, session details, and key dates.
When parents reach the agreement step in the enrollment flow, these tags automatically populate with their specific information.
Version history
While in Draft mode, Campfront automatically tracks all edits to your agreement.
You can:
See who made each edit and when.
View earlier versions of the agreement.
Restore any previous version if needed.
This makes collaboration easy and ensures you always have a clear history of updates.
Publishing
When your agreement is ready, click Publish in the top-right corner.
Publishing makes that version live for the selected season - meaning families will see and agree to it during the enrollment checkout process.
Tip: Finalise and publish your enrollment agreement before inviting families to begin enrollment.
Viewing signed agreements
Once a parent has signed an agreement for their camper/s and completed the enrollment checkout process. The signed agreement will be accessible to view or download by the camp via the camper's enrollment profile.
