Camper profiles
Camper profiles are the central hub for managing each camper's information, enrollment history, and camp experience. Every detail - from medical records to billing - lives in one organized, easy-to-navigate space so you always have the full picture when you need it.

Profile header
At the top of every camper profile you'll see their photo, full name, active season, and camp status (Lead, Enrolled, or Alumni). An Actions button appears in the top-right corner with context-sensitive options that change depending on the camper's current stage - such as sending an invite, enrolling, or archiving.
Quick details
Directly below the header, a row of key details gives you an at-a-glance summary: age, gender and pronouns (if enabled in Preferences), camper group, bunk assignment, and home state. These details update automatically as information is added or changed elsewhere in the profile.
Tabs and sections
The rest of the profile is organized into tabs, each focused on a specific area of the camper's record. This structure keeps everything accessible without overwhelming you with information all at once.
Camper profiles are designed to keep information connected, accurate, and accessible - whether you're working from your desk or managing campers on the go.
