Generating a roster
From the Bus rosters area, select a route and vehicle. Campfront generates a roster of all confirmed individuals assigned to that vehicle, ready for your staff to use during boarding.
Tracking boarding
Staff can mark each individual as Boarded or Not boarded in real time as people arrive. This eliminates the need for printed checklists and gives your team a live view of who is on the bus and who is still outstanding.
Transport notes and medical information
As individuals board, staff can view and add transport notes for each person. Key medical information is also surfaced on the roster page - including any medications that need to travel with the individual - so your transport team has the context they need without switching between screens.
Exports
Bus roster data can be exported for printing or sharing with your team ahead of departure. This is useful for camps that want a physical backup or need to distribute rosters to drivers and chaperones in advance.
